Success as a solo pro can be difficult, daunting, stressful, and isolating.
The Solo Program is designed to surround you with everything you need to make money meaningfully, and freedomfully.
Long term, the goal is to work 1000 hours per year (or less) at an average of $500 an hour (or more) until you’re totally financially independent. Whatever your starting point, the intention is that each year in the program adds $100K per annum in recurring net profit to your business.
Along the way, we never compromise on your freedom. This is not a space for ‘grinding’. In this community, we believe that the impact of your work isn’t rigidly tied to the hours you spend doing it.
Here’s what’s included:
1. The Solo Process
With this as your companion, you’ll never have to wonder what you should do next. The Solo Process is a step-by-step guide to growing a solopreneurial business to $500K in take-home profit a year. From early preparations through to marketing, sales and delivery, The Solo Process shows the way.
2. The Tribe
Working for yourself, by yourself, can be tiring and isolating. Often, a few minutes with a like-minded soul is all you need to find necessary clarity, put the pep back in your step (and confidence back into your mind) so that you can continue making progress. With a dedicated online hub, and regular efforts to get together in-person, the Solo Pro community ensures you’re never alone.
3. Your Team
Becoming part of a small group of 3-5 solopreneurs that are caring, supportive, and committed to each others’ success is possibly the most effective thing you can do to improve your chances of succeeding in solo business. In The Solo Program, we facilitate the process of connecting you with others in the community and forming an effective crew. Everything is better when you’ve got people to share it with.
4. The Summits
Three times per year, the community comes together. Twice as a full community (in Melbourne and Sydney), and once with your crew (at a location of your choice on retreat). You will leave each summit with your mind abuzz with new ideas, your heart filled with friendship and connection, your key decisions made, your strategy fully mapped out, and your cup filled with energy.
5. Weekly Webcasts
Hosted by the inimitable Col Fink, (almost) every week there’s a workshop session (where we’ll go to work improving an aspect of your business) and a coaching session (where you can ask the questions that will give you clarity and direction).
6. One-on-one Mentoring
The Solo Program includes personalised 1:1 mentoring with Col. You can choose from monthly 30 minute sessions, bi-monthly 60 minute sessions, or quarterly 90 minute sessions (which can, if circumstances allow, be conducted in-person). You can even mix-n-match throughout the year as your needs evolve.

The commitment
The Solo Program is a rolling 12 month commitment aiming to add $100K in annual recurring net profit to your business every year. (Once you’ve reached $500K annually, we’d love for you to stick around but we’re more concerned with meaning and freedom than continuing to increase your profit, TBH).
Launched in February 2024, it’s not too late to join the founding cohort.
The price for a year’s participation is $12,000 + GST.
